Storage and protection of personal data

We take a very responsible attitude to the security of your personal data.

UAC protects your personal data when they are transmitted using encryption technologies, such as TLS (Transport Layer Security). The UAC stores your personal data in computerized systems with restricted access, located in premises where physical means of protection are used.

We ensure that all relevant compliance obligations, as well as technical and organizational security measures are taken to prevent the unauthorized disclosure or processing of such information and data, accidental loss, destruction or damage.

UAC stores your personal data on secure servers that are accessible only by authorized UCC staff who have agreed to ensure the confidentiality of such information and data in accordance with our requirements to prevent access to personal data from any third parties. We have introduced procedures to prevent and detect violations of personal information and to respond immediately in the event of accidental loss, destruction or damage.

UAC provides access to personal information only to employees, counteragents and agents who process it. Individuals with such access assume strict contractual obligations regarding confidentiality, in case of non-compliance, they may be subject to disciplinary punishment or dismissal.

Once the personal data subject ceases to be user of UAC resources by deleting his account, his personal data is also automatically deleted.
