This page describes the terms and conditions governing the use of the site https://adventist.ua (other sites belonging to the Ukrainian Union Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the UCC), the mobile version of the site and mobile applications, the pages in social networks (collectively referred to as UAC resources).

The UCC Privacy Policy describes how we process your personal data and protect your privacy when using these Resources. By using our resources, you authorize UAC to use such data in accordance with our privacy policy.

By using the UAC resources you agree to comply with the terms of service (hereinafter referred to as the Terms), which are set out below.

1. If you choose to use UAC resources and all features of the Site, including, but not limited to, you agree to legally enforce these Terms and Conditions that will come into force immediately upon the first visit to your UCC resources. If you do not agree to legally commit to these conditions, please do not visit and / or use UAC resources.

2. We may modify these or any additional terms relating to the operation of a particular resource, for example, in order to reflect changes in legislation or in the resource itself. You should review these Terms and Conditions regularly. On this page, we will notify you of changes to the current Terms. 4. All materials on the resources of the UCC are protected by Ukrainian legislation and international copyright law. All materials published on UCC resources (including, but not limited to, articles, news, photographs, images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips) belong to the UCC or are used with the permission of their owners or otherwise in accordance with applicable law. All rights reserved in the whole world. You must comply with any additional copyright, information or restriction notices contained on any page.

5. The names, images and logos defining UCC or third parties, as well as their products and services, are protected by copyright. Nothing in these Rules may be construed as providing, indirectly or otherwise, any license or right to use the trademark, patent, design rights or copyright of the UAC or third parties.

6. You may not copy, publish, broadcast, reproduce, create new (derivative) works, adapt, modify, transmit, provide for public use or otherwise use the contents of UCC resources (including software) in whole or in part. The use of materials published on UCC resources is possible only with the prior written consent of the UCC or the copyright owner specified in the UCC materials. Use of UCC materials for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. You may freely download or copy materials only for personal, non-commercial use, subject to compliance with all copyrights and other messages contained therein. Copying or saving any content other than personal use is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the UCC.

7. The UCC welcomes the use, publication and distribution of materials published on our resources. We also welcome the distribution of materials by publishing on other websites through the lists of e-mail addresses, newsgroups and databases on a regular basis, only subject to prior authorization and mandatory indication of the source data of the material, including a permanent link directly to material on the site. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the hyperlink is obligatory. 8. You can distribute links to our articles in order to share information with social Internet communities. These websites allow you to save the links to send them to your friends. This way you can find more materials for an interesting topic or find other people with similar interests.

9. In case of publication of part of the material, indicate which part of the same article, audio or video of the UCC is this fragment. Also, refrain from changing content, names, or integrity of the product. We reserve the right to revoke the permission to use material at any time.

10. You agree to comply with all copyright, information or restriction notices contained in any material accessed through UAC resources. Unauthorized use of UCC resources in general or separate information or materials is illegal and, accordingly, may lead, among other things, to claims for damages.

11. You agree to use the UCC forums solely for the purpose of discussion / discussion on the topic and in such a way as not to violate the rights of other users, to not restrict or impede access to and use of UAC resources. It is not allowed to bother other users, inconvenience them, send out obscene, abusive or insulting messages, and violate the usual work of UAC forum forums. You agree to be polite, do not threaten users of forums, do not send personal images, do not go over to the personality of the author or forum members, not to call for violence and crimes, to not incite hostility, not to send pornography and commercial advertising.

12. Our forums are read by users of different ages, so use a respectful language. Like any community, online conversation only makes sense when users feel safe and comfortable. You agree not to use a language that suppresses or distinguishes by race, religion, nationality, gender, age, etc. Any aggressive language is the reason for the immediate suspension of access to all or part of the Services.

Discuss, but do not attack. The UCC encourages vigorous discussion and welcomes the heated debate about services, but personal attacks are a direct violation of these Terms and is the reason for the immediate suspension of access to all or part of the services.

13. Keep the pace and decency of your posts. Each forum is devoted to a specific issue, and posts on other topics reduce the quality of the discussion. Write on a topic that is being discussed in the forum, otherwise your posts may not be published.

14. Please do not abuse your right to complain about other forum posts or criticize the contents of UAC's resources. To do this, use the feedback form.

15. UCC reserves the right to translate, edit, extract, modify, reduce, publish, your posts. If you do not agree, do not send your messages to UCC forums. The material submitted may also be available for reprint using other formats.

16. UAC also reserves the right not to post your messages, or to remove posted posts for any reason, and is not obligated to comment on such actions.

17. You grant to UCC, a royalty-free, royalty-free, royalty-free, worldwide royalty license, including the transfer to the Company or any third party of an unrestricted right to use, copy, transmit, publish, distribute, generating derivative works, modifying and adapting the index, cache, tags, encoding (including without limitation the right to adapt to streaming downloads, transfers, mobile, digital scanning, or other technology) in any form or media known from as well as in the future developed, including any publications posted by you on the Site or on resources owned by the UCC.

18. You are solely responsible for the content of your postings and submit them, you warrant that they are your own work and you have the right to provide it to UCC for all of the above needs, they are not defamatory or offensive to honor and dignity and not violate any laws.

19. You also agree to indemnify UACs for any expenses and damages that UAC may incur as a result of your violation of the above conditions.

20. You agree to waive all rights to your material, and you agree to display and publish or otherwise use the material mentioned above on this Site.

21. You do not have the right to post any material if it is defamatory or illegal. This condition applies to text, graphics, video and / or audio, and so on.

22. The contents of the Site and other UAC resources, including information, names, titles, images, photographs, logos and drawings related to UAC, products and services (or third-party products and services) are provided without warranty, without any warranty liability or guarantees (independent or envisaged by law) within the limits of the current legislation, including liability for poor quality, unsuitability for use for a particular purpose, etc.

23. UCA is under no circumstances responsible for any loss and / or damage associated with the use of UAC resources (loss of data, income or expected profit, loss of business or loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill or damage to reputation, etc.) independently whether they were foreseen, predicted, known or not.

24. UAC does not warrant that the contents and work of UAC resources will be continuous and error free, that errors will be corrected, and that UAC or server resources providing access to this site do not contain viruses and program errors.

If you do not comply with the current Rules, you will be notified of the warning or removal of registration with explanation of the reasons for the email address specified during registration. If at the time when your registration is deactivated, you will try to return to the forum by creating another registration account, this will be considered as another violation, which leads to the permanent removal of your registration.

UCC reserves the right to delete any message at any time for any reason, and is not obligated to post the submitted materials and not comment on such actions.

25. In the event of a conflict between these terms and conditions, other special terms and conditions, including those relating to the distribution of the specially mentioned material, published on the UCC website, have the latest force.

26. In the event that any of these conditions are found to be invalid or unenforceable under the laws of any state or the impossibly enforceable items will be removed from these terms, the remaining items remaining in the conditions will be and continue to be valid and binding.

27. These conditions are drawn up and considered in the light of the current legislation in force in Ukraine. You must comply with them when using UCC resources.

28. Most of the materials in the discussion groups are created by users. Opinions expressed by users do not always coincide with the views of the UCC and do not fall under UAC's responsibility.

29. UAC occasionally places links to other sites maintained by individuals or entities not affiliated with UCCs on the Site.

UAC has no control over these external sites, is not responsible for the content, accuracy, quality, advertising, products, services and other materials available on such sites.

UAC is not liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage received or allegedly received as a result of or in connection with the use or trust in any content, products or services available on such sites.

30. Notwithstanding any provision of the foregoing, nothing in these Rules may be used to interpret the provisions of the Privacy Policy.
